RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

 

CityFuntastic  offers the most popular tours and activities in Puerto Vallarta, and that is why all our excursions are made exclusively by prior reservation.

Once you receive the confirmation email, your reservation is guaranteed. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder or contact us at corporate@cityfuntaastic.com

Cancellations and changes

The following cancellation and change policies apply only to individual reservations made through our website. www.cityfuntastic.com. Group policies are established in the contract signed at the time of contracting the service.

Cancellation policy:

  • More than 48 hours before the Tour: If you cancel and request a refund at least 2 days (48 hours) before the tour, there is a 10% charge for administrative expenses.

  • Less than 48 hours before the Tour or No Show: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour, arrive late or do not show up on the day of the tour, There will be no exchanges or refunds.
     
  • Special Promotion Reservations: For reservations made under any Promotion, no changes or cancellations are allowed.

Date Changes:

  • 24 hours before the Tour: You can change the date of your tour for free if you request it at least 24 hours before the tour. Changes are subject to availability

For our cruise passengers

Full refund in case the cruise cannot reach port or is cancelled, until the day of cruise arrival.
 

Charges to your card

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your reservation is confirmed. Normally this process is reflected after 24 hours of confirming your reservation on our page.

An amount of 5% for the online transaction will be added at the time of purchase and will be applied to the order summary as Fees. 

Prices and Exchange Rates

The prices are in Dollars but the charges to the cards are in Mexican Pesos. We use the exchange rate of the day provided by the bank, so your card statement will indicate the bank exchange rate.

Security

CityFunTastic wants you to feel as secure as possible when making an online purchase, which is why we use SSL technology (Secure Socket Layer) safeguarding your card information when you make your tour reservation.

This safeguarding process prevents other people from having access to the information transmitted over the Internet. Once received, your card information is not transmitted over the network again.

Fraud prevention

As part of our Fraud Prevention policy, It is essential that the person who made the purchase present their credit card and personal identification at the time of registration.

If the cardholder cannot be present, a copy of their credit card (both sides) and ID must be emailed to corporate@cityfuntastic.com at least 24 hours before the tour.
